Attaché Accounts: Error: '37'

In most cases, Attaché error 37 is caused by low free space on the drive where Attaché is installed. You can delete older archives if you no longer need them in order to free up some space, otherwise you will need to ask your IT Administrator to increase the drive space.



To delete older archives

  1. Open File Explorer.

  2. Go to the Archive folder inside the Attaché apps folder (usually C:\Apps\Attache\Archive). You can confirm by checking Find Attaché Technical Information.

  3. Open a company folder.

  4. Sort the folders by Date Modified.

  5. Delete older archives.

  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for a different company if more space is required.


Run a Database System Status Check

Once you have freed up disk space it is advisable to run a Database System Status Check.
