This error typically occurs due to environmental settings/issues.
Ask your system administrator to check the following:
Check the available disk space. Attaché Archive needs more space than the final archive zip file on both the server and client (workstation). If you have enough space on the Attaché drive but are still seeing this error, check the available space on your C drive. When Attaché performs an archive, it temporarily places it in the temp folder of the Windows user.
Check that the Windows user has full permissions for the location of the archive file
Check that the network connectivity between the client (workstation) and the server is stable.
