To free up more space, you can either delete older archives or increase the disk space of where Attache is installed. Track files may also occupy a large amount of space in Attache if not managed properly.
To delete older archives
Navigate to the Attache app folder.
Open the Archive folder.
Choose a live company.
Delete older archives which you no longer need.
To delete track user files
You will need to log into Attaché as a supervisor or admin account.
Select on the side menu Tools then select Delete Track Users File.
Then it will ask when to delete track user files until date. Select a date 1 year back this may take some time depending on the data. Select Accept (F9) to start.
