Errors that may occur:
'Warning: Some problems have been found with your installation that may cause unexpected behaviour. Please contact Attache support. Error: 2427'
'An issue with the ACCLocalDB.db3 file has been detected'
If you are receiving one of these errors, The cause is most likely to be:
Low diskspace on your Attaché Server(s).
A corrupt ACCLocalDB.db3 file.
Low Diskspace
Ask your IT network administrator to check the diskspace on your Attaché server(s). If you find you have run out of diskspace, then do the following steps:
STOP working in Attaché immediately to avoid data corruption.
Ask your network or IT network administrator to increase disk space. See: Attaché: Attaché Server showing Low disk space how to free up disk space and clear old archives.
Run a Database System Status check in Attaché to make sure all database files are ok with no corruptions.
Corrupt ACCLocalDB.db3
IT network administrator finds that there is enough diskspace, then the error will be down to a corruption in your ACCLocalDB.db3 file. This file is the basically the database for all other Attaché database files. Try these solutions:
Close Attaché and then open it again and try to open the company. The error may resolve itself via the self-repair function. If this does NOT resolve the problem:
Ensure the ACCLocalDB.db3 file exists in the AttacheServer database directory. To confirm the location of the AttacheServer directory, see Find Attaché technical information.
If the file does not exist:
If you're using Attaché version 20.1 (or later), ensure the API service is running. The file will be created when the service is started.
If you're using Attaché versions 19.2.1 (or earlier), ensure the Cloud Connector and API services are running. The file will be created when the service is started.
