The reason why the Document Queue manager will not open when selected from Tool is due to an issue with the installation.
There might be environmental factors that have caused the installation to become corrupted.
The solution required is to follow the steps below:
Uninstall the current installation of Alex on the machine.
Reinstall Alex on the machine. The installer can be found in the installers folder within the application folder.
Ensure all the machines that are using Alex are using the same version. Uninstall and reinstall if required.
Confirm with IT that Alex exclusions are in place within the Anti-virus.
