If any Attaché applications freeze, do not respond, or will not open, follow these steps to close the application down.
To close the main Attaché executable files
Open Windows Task Manager (go to the Windows Start Icon and Type Task Manager, click to open the Task Manager app).
A message will appear "User account control - Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?". Confirm Yes.
Select the Processes icon.
Locate Attaché Accounts under the Apps section, then right-click and select End Task.
Restart Attaché and confirm if it is running ok now.
If the freezing happens multiple times during the same transaction, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article so the Attaché technical support team can assist.
