Attaché: Troubleshooting issues sending Alex documents

There are five (5) main scenarios you may experience when attempting to send documents through the Attaché Alex document management system:

  • Documents are not sending OR queuing on the Delivery Queue manager.

  • Documents are queuing but not sending (stuck) in the Delivery Queue Manager.

  • Documents are queuing and sending but are not received on the Alex Senders Website or by the recipient.

  • Documents are queuing and sending from Delivery Queue Manager and received on Alex Senders Website but:

    • Not received by ANY recipient.

    • Not received by individual recipient OR,

    • Received by some recipients but not others.

  • Alex is sending documents very slowly via the Delivery Queue Manager.

📌Note: The latest version of Attaché Alex is version 5.4. the previous version is Alex version 4.

To check the version you are using, in Attaché, go to Tools, Company, Document Management, Delivery Queue Manager, and click the About button, and the version will display.
