Attaché recommends using a wired connection (not wireless) when using Attaché Cloud Hosted Services. Ensure that there are no network issues on your device.
A good question to ask: 'Is this happening to other users or just your account?' If all users, then it's possible to request for a CHS server reboot which we can perform if all users are logged out of Attaché. If it's just your account, we can also clear your user cache if needed.
