To request a new user on CHS, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
The case will be escalated to our Attache Technical support team, and they will advise of the extra costs and create the new user.
All new users receive an initial email from the CHS technical support team as per the screen shot below when they are set up by the CHS technical team, which contains all the links to set up and use Attaché Cloud Hosted Services.
📌Note: The CHS username format is: VIP number.firstname.first initial of lastname.
For example: 123456.Fred.B where:
The VIP number is 123456. (The VIP number can be found in the Help, About Attaché menu. See: Find Attaché technical information.
The first name is Fred.
The Last name is Brown.
The format allows you to work out your username even if you cannot remember it. See the picture below which shows what the email sent to each user looks like.
