If you are experiencing an issue where Attaché in Cloud Hosted Services (CHS) is:
Frozen, stuck, crashed, unusable in Attaché or Powerlink.
Getting error: 'The server isn't responding'.
Has a black screen when logging into my Work Resources.
Performing very slowly.
Follow the steps below to log off and re-log into the system.
In Windows search type in RemoteApp and Desktop Connection open this as seen below.
Click on View resources.
Open File Explorer (XXXXXX) (Work Resources) as seen below.
In the Address bar, type logoff and press Enter.
The system will log off the user off the CHS server.
Re-logon to your Attaché Work Resources as normal and confirm if the issue is resolved. If the issue is NOT resolved, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article so the Support team can assist.
