After the move to a new server, it is necessary to reconnect the Cloud Connector for each payroll company for Single Touch payroll. There will be no batches appearing in Attache Online until this connection has been made.

Re-configure STP Setups menu for STP2
Once the Cloud Connector is re-connected, Attache Online would have lost the previously setup STP setups. You will need to re-configure the STP Setups again before processing a pay which will generate a batch in Attache Online.

If a pay had already been processed prior to reconnecting the Cloud Connector
If an STP batch did not appear because the Cloud Connector was not connected, then after reconnecting, create a zero timesheet to generate a batch to send to the ATO. To create a zero timesheet:
Create or modify a timesheet for one employee.
Add one line on the timesheet using zero hours and line total zero.
Check the Pays using the last pay dates for the timesheet.
Process the Pays.
This will generate a batch for STP that can be submitted and has the YTD information for all employees.
