Navigate the Help Centre

The Digital Assistant and Help Centre can now be accessed in Access Attaché. There are a number of ways you can find answers to your questions faster than ever with the Digital Assistant and Help Centre articles.

Access the Digital Assistant

  1. In the bottom right corner of Attaché, you'll see the Digital Assistant launcher bubble; click to open it.

  2. This will open the Digital Assistant Home screen, where you can ask the Digital Assistant a question and view Help Centre articles.

    The Digital Assistant also provides details on the latest software release or current Attaché news. For more information and the best way to ask the Digital Assistant a question, read how to maximise your use of the Digital Assistant.


Ask the Digital Assistant a question

  1. When you ask the Digital Assistant a question, you'll receive a reply with information from Help Centre articles. Throughout the answer, you'll see circled numbers; these are the Help Centre article sources.

  2. To expand the Help Centre content and read the full article, hover over the number and click the article title for more guidance. This will open the full article for you to read.

  3. At the top of the article is a Table of Contents, click to view all the headings of the article, and click on it to go straight to the part of the article you would like to know more about.

  4. To decrease or increase the article view, click the arrows top right.

  5. You can also open the article in the Help Centre when you click the link at the bottom of the expanded article.

  6. To close the article and go back one step, click the arrow top left. Click the X top right to close the screen.


The Help icon in the Digital Assistant

Access the Help Centre

  1. At the bottom of the Digital Assistant is a Help icon. To read Help Centre articles in the Digital Assistant, click the Help icon at the bottom of the Digital Assistant home screen.

  2. You can then either type what you're looking for in the Search for help field at the top or click the collection you're interested in.

  3. To drill down further into an article collection, click the area of Attaché you want to know more about, and you'll be presented with sub-collections.

  4. Click the article sub-collection that matches what you're looking for and click to view the Help Centre article in the Digital Assistant.

  5. To close the article and go back one step, click the arrow top left. Click the X top right to close the screen.

You can also access the Attaché Help Centre and the Attaché Digital Assistant from a Website URL. The address is https://help-attache.theaccessgroup.com/en/.

The article collections are displayed under the icons as per the screen shot below.


Find the answer in the Help Centre

Search for articles...

  1. The quickest way to find what you're looking for when you're in the Help Centre is to enter your question in the Search for articles field. Articles that match your keywords will appear.

  2. Alternatively, on the home screen, you can click the topic tile that best matches your question. A Curated Collection of articles will appear under each topic selected. When you find what you're looking for, you can click the article to review. To return to the start, click the path section you would like to go back to, or All Collections to return to the home page.

  3. On the right-hand side of the article are content headers; click the article section you want to know more about.

At the bottom of the articles in the Help Centre or the Digital Assistant, related articles will appear, which may assist you further in answering your question.

Click the emoji at the bottom of the article to assist us in making the Help Centre and the Digital Assistant the best they can be.
