Attaché: Error 407 when accessing company

Full error message: Warning: An error occurred when accessing the database. Please report this error to your consultant and stop processing until you have received advice about what to do next. Please also ask all users to stop processing. Error No = 407, File No = <file no>, Table Name = <table name>, File name = <file name>

If you receive this error, it is most likely that a data corruption has occurred. To confirm if there is a problem with one of the data files, you can run a Database System Status check. As the error suggests, you should stop processing in that company, exit all users, and run this check straight away.

If running this check shows errors with database files, it is recommended to restore your data from the most recent archive before the error occurred. See: Restore an archive backup file?.
