When you receive this error, please restart the server where Attache is installed. Once this has been done follow these steps:
Run a Database System Status check.
If no errors are reported, you can continue processing.
If the problem persists, please contact support via MyAccess portal and use the subject of this article as the subject.
📌Note: This error can also occur when the Attaché license file becomes corrupt. To resolve this, see: Request and install a new or updated Attaché Licence.
