When you receive this error, please restart the server where Attache is installed. Once this has been done follow these steps:
Run a Database System Status check.
If no errors are reported, you can continue processing.
If the problem persists, please raise a case online here and use the subject of this article as the subject.
📌Note: This error can also occur when the Attaché license file becomes corrupt. To resolve this, see: Request and install a new or updated Attaché Licence.
