Attaché: Contact your account manager

You may need to get in touch with your Account manager to:

  • Change your support plan.

  • Add extra Attaché licensed users.

  • Add extra Attaché Modules.

  • Enquire about Attaché or different products that work with Attaché.

  • Discuss an issue.

  • Discuss moving to the Attaché Cloud Hosted environment or moving to Attaché on Workspace.

If you need to contact your Attaché Account manager, send an email to [email protected], and your Account Manager will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please include in your email:

  • Your VIP number (can be found from within Attaché from Help, About Attaché, VIP Number.

  • Your Company Name.

  • Your Name.

  • Your contact Phone Number and Email Address.

  • A brief description of what you need to discuss.
