To increase your number of licensed Attaché users, or add an extra Attaché module to your contract, see: Contact your Attaché Account Manager.
To reduce your number of licensed Attaché users or reduce the Attaché modules you are currently using:
from the I would like to discuss drop-down field, select Modifying or cancelling my existing contract.
Fill in the remaining fields and then click the Submit button. This will create a case to the relevant department, and you will be contacted back within 2 business days.
📌Note: if you are cancelling your contract but you still need read-only access to your Attaché data, you will need to have a read-only license issued. Your customer success manager will discuss this with you when they make contact.
