Access Attaché: Unable to log in or launch Attaché on Access Evo

Try the following to resolve this issue:

  1. Find the Citrix Workspace icon at the bottom right of your Windows task bar screen. It may be in the system tray, which you can open by clicking the up-arrow button.at the bottom right of your Windows task bar screen. It may be in the system tray, which you can open by clicking the up-arrow button.

  2. Right-click the Citrix icon and click Connection Center.

  3. Select the active session and click Disconnect to disconnect the session.

  4. Relaunch the Attaché on Access Evo.

  5. If the issue persists, Launch Windows Task Manager (Right-Click on the Windows Task Bar and select Task Manager.

  6. Locate Citrix HDX Engine, right-click and choose End Task. This should then close down Citrix.
