Attaché: After clicking on the 9-dot menu, Citrix won't launch for Attaché on Access Evo

If you can't launch Attaché from the Access Evo 9-dot menu, try the following:

If that didn't work, may need your IT to do the following:

  1. Go to Control Panel in Windows and uninstall Citrix.

  2. Try opening Attaché again on Access Evo.
