If you can't launch Attaché from the Access Evo 9-dot menu, try the following:
Clear your browser cache and then try opening Attaché on Access Evo:
Clear cache for Google Chrome.
Clear cache for Microsoft Edge.
If that didn't work, may need your IT to do the following:
Go to Control Panel in Windows and uninstall Citrix.
Try opening Attaché again on Access Evo.
