Citrix Workspace must be installed prior to launching Attaché on Access Evo (previously called Access Workspace).
Here are the instructions and link to download and install Citrix Workspace. You may require your IT’s assistance in case it asks for an Administrator password.
Download the latest version of Citrix Workspace app for your operating system.
Ensure you choose the correct version (Windows or MacOS).
Run the Citrix Workspace installer as admin.
Click Start.
Check the option I accept the license agreement.
Click Next.
Click Install. Do NOT tick Enable app protection.
Click Finish.
