Access Attaché: Open Attaché on Access Evo

How do I open Attaché on the Access Evo platform (previously called Access Workspace)

Prior to launching Attache, you need an Access Evo login and Citrix Workspace installed on your computer. You will need to ask your Access Evo Organization admin to send you an email invitation to Access Evo.

To open Attaché on Access Evo:

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. Click the Access button at the top left-hand corner.

  3. Click Attaché.

    1. You will get a prompt to detect Citrix (this will only happen the first time you open Attaché). If Citrix Workspace is not installed, it will ask you to download it. (Best to install it first).

    2. When you click detect Citrix, a prompt will show asking you to open these files by always. Tick the box and click Yes on the prompt.

    3. If Attache does not launch within 3 minutes, you may need to click Attache from the Access button again. This will only happen the first time.

  4. Wait for a few seconds until it opens the Attache Company list. The first time you open Attaché, it will open a window that shows 'listening'. Wait for a few seconds until a new row shows and press OK. You will then be directed to the Attaché Company list.

    📌Note: If you don’t see Attache on the Access button, close and re-open the Access button to refresh the product list. If it is still not there after two or three refreshes, you will need to ask your Access Evo Administrator to ensure they have set your role properly.
