Access Attaché: Force Attaché on Access Evo to close

force Attache on Access Evo to close if it has frozen/stopped responding, or getting a message that too many users are logged in.

A forced close on Attaché can be performed by following the steps below:

  1. Find the Citrix Workspace icon at the bottom right of your Windows task bar screen. It may be in the system tray, which you can open by clicking the up-arrow button.

  2. Right-click the Citrix icon and click Connection Center.

  3. Highlight the row underneath Active then click Log Off.

  4. This will close all active Attaché windows on your computer.
