In order to launch Attaché on Access Evo, you will need to install Citrix Workspace. See: Install Citrix Workspace for Attaché on Access Evo.
If you already have Citrix Workspace installed, you will need to configure your browser to open ICA file types by default. See below on how to perform this task on different web browsers.
Google Chrome
Click Attaché from the 9 dot menu. This will download a file.
Right-click on the downloaded file, at the top-right of the browser window
Click Always open this files of this type
Click Attaché from the 9-dot menu. This will open Attaché without a file being downloaded.
Microsoft Edge
Click Attaché from the 9 dot menu. This will download a file.
Right-click on the downloaded file, at the top-right of the browser window
Click Always open this files of this type
Click Attaché from the 9 dot menu. This will open Attaché without a file being downloaded.
Firefox
Click Attaché from the 9 dot menu. This will download a file.
Right-click on the downloaded file, at the top-right of the browser window
Click Always open Similar Files
Click Attaché from the 9-dot menu. This will open Attaché without a file being downloaded.
