Attaché Payroll (Australia): Re-create a Single Touch Payroll batch that did not come though

It the STP Batch is still missing after following the steps above

If after following all the steps in the above article links the batch has still not synced through, but since the date of the missing batch(es), other STP batches HAVE come through to be submitted, this would indicate that the data syncing is working but may not have been at the time the missing batch payroll was processed.

If this is the case, you will need to restore the pre-process Attaché Payroll data from that date, and re-process the pay(s) again in Attaché Payroll, in order for those pays to appear. To restore data in Attaché Payroll, see: Restore an archive backup file.


Restoring Attache Payroll Data to a test company

If you would prefer to leave the current Payroll company data intact you can also create a test company to restore data to and re-process the pays in that test company to create the STP batch. See: Create a test company with data from our current company.
