Dashboards are not updating data

The Attache dashboard refreshes every 15 minutes. The 15-minute intervals start when the computer is started. After this, every 15mins the data will synch between the main data files and the dashboard files.

For example:

  • If the interval starts at 0900, then it will refresh at 0915, 0930 and so on.

  • If you enter an invoice at 0902, the invoice will display when the dashboard refreshes which is at 0915, i.e. 13 minutes for that invoice data to display on the dashboard.

  • If you enter an invoice at 0929 and the next refresh is at 0930, the invoice will take one minute to display.

If your dashboard is not updating at all, or if it is not showing updated data even after a few intervals, Restart the Attaché Services.

If after restarting the services the issue persists, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
