Access Attaché has identified and corrected an issue with the Non-Resident (NONRES) tax scale coefficients for Papua New Guinea.
We were advised of a secondary issue with Non-Resident Tax Scales after our first release on the 13th of February 2026.
What's Changed
The tax calculation coefficients for employees classified as non-residents under PNG tax law have been updated to ensure accurate tax withholding calculations.
The corrected tax scales are now available. Clients with non-resident employees in PNG should apply this update to ensure compliance with PNG tax regulations.
