Use the Report Date Range and Disk Transfer Setting fields along with the Ranges and Contribution Type tabs on the ClickSuper screens in Attache to help you exclude or include transactions/employees for the file.
The Report Date Range is normally run by month and will include transactions within the Pay Date range for that month.
This Disk File Transfer setting relates to the tick box found on the Employee Super/Other account screen in the Masterfiles and the Superannuation Fund Setup screen in the Setups for Payroll. This can be set as Yes or No.
The Disk Transfer setting in the Clicksuper screen allows you to choose All, Yes or No.
All is the default setting and means all super funds and Super/Other accounts will be included in the File/Report regardless of if they are set to Yes or No.
Yes means only Super funds and Super/Other accounts that have the Disk Transfer tick box ticked will be included.
No will only include those not ticked.
Using the Ranges tab in the ClickSuper screen select an Employee code range to pick up a select group of employees. Choose a specific Superannuation Fund Range to include only transactions for a particular fund. Or use the Pay Point Range to pick up a group of employees. If no ranges are entered, then all will be included.
The Contribution Type tab gives you the ability to Include or Exclude types of super from the report.
After making a selection Print to the Screen first to check that it is correct before creating the File for ClickSuper.
