When attempting to run any reports in Asset Management, if the report is put to printer, then an error is received: 'Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000'. However, if the report is put to screen, then no error is received but the report window is blank.
This problem is caused by certain program files having not updated correctly or being damaged.
The only way to repair the files is to uninstall and re-install Asset Management. Ensure you have Admin privileges when running the installation.
