The error WTSVirtualChannelOpen failed: -1073741822 may occur directly after you have installed the File Launcher for MS Office on your Attaché Evo environment.
Follow the steps below to resolve this error.
⚠️Important: Ensure that you have administrator rights on the affected workstation prior to following the steps below. You may have to speak to your network administrator to arrange this.
On the workstation with the error message, Open Control Panel, Programs and Features.
Search for the CHS File launcher in the Uninstall or change a program list.
highlight it and then click on the Repair option at the top of the list and follow the prompts to run the repair.
When the repair is complete, restart your workstation and re-test using the file launcher.
