If you are experiencing the above error, causing Attaché Modern menu or log-in page not to load, follow the steps below:
Confirm if it is happening to all users of the system.
Right-click on a black space of the screen in Attache.
Click Refresh.
Confirm if the screen refreshes and loads eventually.
If the above doesn't work, restart Attaché API Service on the server.
