If this issue occurs, it is most likely that the Record Super Payments function/report was run for the period. This report runs in conjunction with the Super Payments Summary Report.
📌Note: Do not run the record super payments report unless the ClickSuper or the SuperStream Alternate File has been transferred or exported. Once super payments are recorded, super transactions are no longer available for transfer and export, and the only way you can retrieve the transactions is to restore data. Attaché suggests running an archive prior to running the record super payments report.
To resolve the issue:
Restore your data archived prior to running the record super payments report.
If an archive was NOT run prior to running the report, then you will have to pay the contributions manually for the reporting period.
