AttDBHostSettings settings needs to be re-accepted
Close Attache.
Navigate to the Attache Application folder.
Open AttDBHostSettings.exe.
Click the 3 dots next to the Database connection string text field.
Search for the Database.
Press Ok.
Re-open Attache.
Check your mapped drive for the Attaché program directory
Ensure you have a stable connection to the database server. Your IT will need to check the Event Viewer for logs that may show dropouts on the mapped drive that can cause this issue. Use the article find Attaché technical information to confirm your Attaché program directory and mapped drive.
In addition to this, please instruct your IT to make sure the Attache mapped drive setting in GROUP POLICY is set with the Action = "Update". The default action is "Replace" and it will cause network connection dropped randomly because mapped drive has been changed.
Restart your PC after they have made the changes.
