With this type of custom report, he ODBC credentials are saved inside the custom excel report. To resolve the error, follow the steps below to change the credentials, making sure the password is in all uppercase.
Open the custom excel report.
Select Queries & Connections.
Right click on the Query that opens on the right side menu and select Edit.
At the top select Data source settings.
Highlight the dsn=<YOUR_DSN_NAME> from the list and select Edit Permissions.
Under Credentials select Edit.
In the Database tab put in SUPERVISOR as the username and enter the PASSWORD(Your supervisor password) in capitals.
Select Save and refresh the query it will now load with the correct credentials.
