When using AccessConnect to connect to ODBC on Attaché Cloud Hosted Services and this error comes up, there can be a few reasons.
It is important that AccessConnect is installed properly. Troubleshooting steps can be found below.
Confirm the ports used and provided by Access are correct. Avoid using 6597 as a user-defined port.
Update the Windows firewall settings TCP and UDP with the posts used.
Reboot the machine and test in excel or database if using a 32BIT DSN.
Remove AccessConnect and reinstall with a different user selected port.
