Attaché Pro: Reset the password for a user

To change your current user password, please follow as below:

  1. Log in to Attaché Pro.

  2. Go to System, Attache PRO Users.

  3. Select the User Description and click on Key icon at right side of screen.

  4. Enter New Password and Confirm Password and click Ok.

  5. Click Green Tick icon on right side of screen.


To reset the password for the user SYSADMIN:

  1. Logon as another user who has managerial rights and follow the above steps.

  2. If still cannot reset SYSADMIN password, please raise a new case and reference the title of this article so we can reset the password for you.
