If you can see this error, this is due to a recent Windows update. The solutions to fix it are below.
Refresh/Update your CHS Connection
Select Start and Search RemoteApp in Windows.
Select Access RemoteApp and Desktop via Settings.
Click on the Properties Button.
Click on the Update Now Button.
Close that box by pressing OK/Finish and confirm that the update is successful (checking today's date and time).
Reopen Attaché to Verify.
Remove and Re-add your Cloud Hosted Services resources
If the method above does not work, then please follow the steps below:
Remove the CHS resources (This only removes the CHS connection, you won't lose any data).
Re-add the CHS resources and Tick 'Remember me' when putting in the user CHS credentials. When you get up to the login part, tick Remember me. See also: Set up a Windows 10 or Windows 11 workstation.
If you need to reset the password, see: Change my password. If you still have an issue, we recommend checking with your IT person as it could be a group policy setting stopping you from being able to remember credentials for your workstation. Please also check Windows Credential Manager.
