Attaché: Cloud Hosted Services: Not accepting my account/password when logging in

If you are experiencing an issue where you cannot log in to Attaché Cloud Hosted Services (CHS) and it is asking for you to enter your login credentials, and it's not accepting them, the issue will be with Windows Credential Manager.

Windows Credential Manager keeps login details saved. Often after a Windows update or a system change from your IT, your Windows can forget these credentials as a security measure, so your system is asking you for the CHS credentials.

If this issue occurs, you will need to re-add your credentials and tick Remember me to re-saved them, as follows:

  1. When it pops up asking for your credentials you may need to select More choices and select Use a different account.

  2. Log in then with:

    • Username: attache\VIPNUMBER.FirstName.LetterOfLastName, for example, Attache\123456.Fred.B

    • Password: What you have set previously.

  3. If that doesn't work, reset your password. See: Change my password.

  4. Make sure you tick the Remember me box below the password field to save the credentials.

  5. If the above still doesn't work, you may need to remove and then re-add your CHS credentials. In this case, see: Cloud Hosted Services keeps asking for credentials when logging in.

    📌Note: Doing this will not affect your personal data.
