To change your password for logging into the cloud hosted environment:
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your username in the format VIP.firstname.first initial of lastname, for example: 123456.Fred.B
Click Continue.
In Get a verification code by email, select the email address where the email with the reset link should be sent.
Enter the and Captcha code, if required.
Click Continue.
You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
