Attaché Cloud Hosted Services: Resolving issues and errors caused by a connection problem

You may experience on or more of the following issues when using Attaché on Cloud Hosted Services (CHS):

  1. Unable to find your printer list.

  2. Unable to copy and paste files or folders via your hosted Windows Explorer and your local computer.

  3. Unable to transfer your bank file from hosted directory to your local computer (Error: No records selected).

  4. SuperStream Alternate Format Files have not been created when transferring to your local computer.


To resolve these issues and errors, refresh or update your CHS connection as per below.


Refresh/update your Cloud Hosted Services (CHS) Connection

  1. Select Start and Search RemoteApp in Windows.

  2. Select Access RemoteApp and Desktop via Settings.

  3. Click on the Properties Button.

  4. Click on the Update Now Button.

  5. Confirm that the update is successful (checking today's date and time) and close the screen by pressing OK.

  6. Re-open Attaché to Verify the errors or issues are resolved.
