Attaché Cloud Hosted Services: keeps asking for credentials when logging in

When you attempt to log in to CHS, and you cannot see the Remember me checkbox in the login screen, and you have to put in your credentials each time, please follow the steps below to remove and correctly re-add Attaché CHS resolve this.


To remove CHS connection from your computer

  1. Select Start and Search RemoteApp in Windows.

  2. Select Access RemoteApp and Desktop via Settings.

  3. Select Remove and press Yes on the prompt that comes up (This only removes the connection to CHS and doesn't affect any Attache data).



Correctly re-add CHS connection back to your computer

  1. When you get to the login step in the article instructions, tick the Remember me checkbox.

  2. If you need to reset the password, see Change my password.


Are you still being asked to enter your password

If you are still being asked to enter your password, we recommend checking with your IT person, as it could be a group policy setting stopping you from being able to remember credentials for your workstation. Please also check Windows Credential Manager.
