Attaché Asset Management: Change menu access rights

If a user does not have access to a menu item, then you'll need to adjust their Menu Access rights.


Access for Asset Module in Attache for a user

  1. Log on to main Attache company as Supervisor.

  2. Go to Setups, Company Setups, Menu Access User.

  3. Find(F2) for User Id and Accept(F9).

  4. Select Menu Bar as Masterfile, Level 2 as Asset Management, Level 3 as Assets and Level 4 Maintain as Yes

  5. Accept(F9).


To adjust Menu Access Rights in Asset Management Tool

  1. Sign in Asset Management as Supervisor.

  2. Go to File, Menu Access Rights.

  3. Select the Username that you want to edit the rights for.

  4. Select the first option in Options: Modify Rights for this user.

  5. Accept F9 to continue.

  6. Use the interface to select the required Menu Bar, Level 2 and Level 3 menu levels as required, and then tick the menu option for which access is required at Level 4.

  7. Accept F9 to Save rights.

  8. The user will need to exit and log back in again for the new rights to take effect.
