Attaché Asset Management: Asset Management has no workflow or menu

This problem is often mistaken to be a problem with Asset Management, whereas it is actually caused by Menu Access Rights for the User. Do the following to investigate:

  1. Log into Attache as Supervisor

  2. Open Asset management

  3. Confirm menus can be seen using the Supervisor account.

  4. Go to File, Menu Access Rights and use Find F2 to select the user that is having the menu issue

  5. Select Modify rights for this user and then Accept F9

  6. Check the relevant Menu Access Rights for the user by ensuring the required menus are ticked at Level 3 and Level 4.

  7. Ask the user to log out of Asset Management and back in again
