If a user does not have access to a menu item, then you'll need to adjust their Menu Access rights.
To adjust Menu Access Rights:
Log into Attaché as the Supervisor user, or a user that has Supervisor rights.
Go to Setups, Company Setups, Menu Access, Menu Access Rights.
At Username select the user that you want to edit the rights for.
Select the first option in Options: Modify Rights for this user.
Accept F9 to continue.
Use the interface to select the required Menu Bar, Level 2 and Level 3 menu levels as required, and then tick the Level 4 menu option for which access is required.
Accept F9 to Save rights.
The user will need to exit and log back in again for the new rights to take effect.
📌 Note: Selecting to Hide Items F8 will mean that the menu will not be seen but will not entirely prevent access if the user has a Shortcut already set up. To prevent access the menu items must be unticked.
