After you have been notified that access to your MyPay in Access Evo (previously called Access Workspace) has been activated, follow the steps below under the following sections:
Enable MyPay in Access Evo for your workspace users.
Access Attaché MyPay on the Access Evo 9-dot menu.
Configure Attaché Payroll to use Access Evo pay slips.
Use MyPay in Access Evo.
Enabling Attaché MyPay on Access Evo for your workspace users
Log in into https://go.access-workspace.com.au/ as using your Access Evo administrator account.
Select the Members icon.
Once Members workspace is loaded, click three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner of a member’s card.
Select Manager roles.
Set Attaché MyPay to user and Save Changes.
Configure Attaché Payroll to use Access Evo pay slips
Access Evo pay slips must be enabled under Setups, Payroll, Options, Payroll Options, Options tab, Workspace Payslips checkbox in Attaché Payroll.
Attaché MyPay will use the email address from Document Delivery Email Address from the employee's Masterfile in Attaché Payroll.
Users are notified by email once a payslip has been sent and is available to view.
Access Attaché MyPay on the Access Evo 9-dot menu
Once a member has been granted a user role for Attaché MyPay, they can access Attaché MyPay from the 9-Dot menu. To access Attaché MyPay on the Access Evo 9-dot menu:
Log in to https://go.access-workspace.com.au/
Select the 9-dot menu icon.
Select MyPay.
Attaché MyPay will open in a new tab displaying a list of pay slips.
Note: Users who are using existing Attaché MyPay account, will also see pay slips from the previous Attache MyPay. However, these pay slips will display 0 value. Users will still be able to download and print pay slip data.
Using MyPay in Access Evo
Any registered emails with Access Evo that have been receiving Alex Documents will be able to view pay slips. The display of the latest pay slip will be blurred out for privacy. Click on anywhere of the blurred section to display the pay slip data.
