Single user getting the error when logging in
The user may have forgotten their password. To set up a new password:
A supervisor or user with admin profile can go to File, Maintain Users, Maintain.
Enter the affected user's name.
Go to the Preference Tab and tick Change password at Login.
When the user logs into Attaché they will be asked to enter a new password and to confirm the password.
The user may have User Profile ticked. To resolve this, follow the steps below:
As a supervisor user or user with admin rights, go to File, Maintain Users, Maintain.
Enter the affected user's name.
The username will be in red, which indicates the profile has been deactivated.
Click on the username in red and untick User Profile.
Click Accept.
All Users getting error message when logging in
This can be caused by the following issues You may need your IT person to sign into the server and run Services.
Attache Database server service is not currently running. See: Restart or check the Attaché API and Database services are running.
Microsoft Message Queueing service is not installed or has been removed from the Attaché Server. You should ask your network IT or System Administrator to check this and have it re-installed if they find it has been removed.
