After clicking the Email Verification button in Attaché from Tools, Document Management, Test Connection to Attaché Online, Diagnostics tab, you receive the error: "The connection has been dropped because of a network failure or because the peer system failed to respond..."
This error indicates that port 25 isn't open for AlexConnect. To fix this, ask your network administrator to open port 25 for AlexConnect in your firewall program.
Note: port 25 should be opened on both the Server and Workstations affected.
