If your payroll batch is not showing in the payday filing batch list for submission to IR, check the following:
Ensure you have processed the pay.
Restart the AttacheAPI Service on the server. See: Restart or check the Attaché API and Database services are running.
📌Note: if you are using Payday Filing on a Cloud Hosted services environment, you will need to raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to have the Attache API Service restarted.
If the batch is still missing after restarting the services, please also raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
