If your payroll batch is not showing in the payday filing batch list for submission to IR, check the following:
Ensure you have processed the pay.
Restart the AttacheAPI Service on the server. See: Restart or check the Attaché API and Database services are running.
📌Note: if you are using Payday Filing on a Cloud Hosted services environment, you will need to raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to have the Attache API Service restarted.
If the batch is still missing after restarting the services, please contact support via MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article.
