Attaché Payroll: Attaché Online organisation not opening for an Organisation Admin user

You may experience an issue when attempting to Launch an AO Organisation where it flashes up briefly and then flicks back to the main dashboard. Generally, this issue can be resolved by clearing the browsing history in the Internet browser. See below for the steps in Google Chrome and Microsoft edge to do this.


Clear browsing Data in Google Chrome

  • At the top right of a Google Chrome window, click the three dot icon; More tools and Clear browsing data.

  • Select a Time Range of All time.

  • Ensure the check boxes next to Browsing Data; Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are all ticked.

  • Click Clear data.



Clear browsing data in Microsoft Edge

  • At the top right of a Microsoft Edge window, click the three-dot icon then Settings.

  • Click Settings and Privacy and services from the list on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Scroll down to Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  • Select a Time Range of All time.

  • Ensure the check boxes next to Browsing Data; Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are all ticked.

  • Optionally check any other data types you wish to clear, eg Autofill form data

  • Click Clear now.
