To be able to setup your authenticator for Single Touch payroll again you first need to cancel the original one.
Ask your Attache Online administrator to do this for you:
Log into Attache Online.
Go to the Employees menu option and search for the employee's name on the list.
Click into the employee's name and go to Actions on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select Cancel 2 step Authentication.
Now you can sign back into Attaché Online and set up your authenticator. See: Set up and use 2 step authentication in Attache Online.
If Attaché Online won't accept your newly setup authenticator, and you get an error: The verification code you entered is not correct. Please try again, then follow the steps below.
First, try clearing your browser cache.
If that doesn't fix the issue, try installing the Authenticator to another browser (for example Firefox or to a mobile phone as there has been known corruptions at times with an authenticator on Chrome.
Try again.
