If you are experiencing issues logging into the Single touch Payroll window in your Attache Online Organisation, it will most likely be due to your browser still using old files which can cause display or access problems.
Clearing your browser cache and removing cookies will resolve this issue. follow the instructions below for the browser you are using to access Attaché Online.
Clear cache data in Microsoft Edge
Open Edge and select the Settings Icon.
in the top-right corner of the browser window to access the Settings menu.
In the Settings menu, Clear Browsing Data section, select Choose what to clear.
Select Cached data and files and then click Clear.
Clear cookies and cache in Google Chrome
Launch Google Chrome and click the Settings Icon.
in the top-right corner.
Open Clear Browsing Data.
Select the Time range based on the last time the Single Touch payroll was working correctly.
In the Basic tab, select:
Browsing History.
Cookies and other Site Data.
Cached images and Files.
Click Clear data.
Clear cache data in Microsoft Edge
Open Firefox and go to Firefox Menu, Options.
Go to the Privacy tab. Under History section, click on the Remove individual cookies link in the last line of text. A window labelled Cookies will open.
Type the website name in the search box. The cookies matching your search will show up in the list below. Here, you may delete individual cookies by selecting one in the list and clicking the Remove Cookie button.
Alternatively, you may remove all cookies that match your search by clicking on the Remove All Cookies button.
To clear cache data in Safari:
Open Safari.
If you haven’t already done so, choose to show the Optional Develop menu.
go to the Safari menu in the upper-left corner
Choose Preferences, Advanced, Show Develop menu in menu bar, then close Preferences.
From any Safari browser window, select the Develop menu and choose Empty Caches.
