Attaché Payroll: The Termination leave calculator won't work

If the Termination date is before the last Pay Period Ending date processed for the employee, then it will not calculate the figures.

1. Check the Employees Masterfile, on the Leave page to see what the Leave accrued up to and including date is. This is the Pay Period ending date of the last pay processed for the employee. Leave has accrued up to this date for the employee.
2. If the Pay Period Ending date is after the termination date then the calculator will not allow you to proceed.
3. You will need to manually calculate what the leave balance should be for the employee up to their termination date. You may want to manually adjust the leave table balance accordingly.
